  • HRConnect is the most-needed software for all HR professionals across globe to connect, communicate and share information to select the right resource and avoid dropouts. With a centralised data repository, the HR team will be able to take a better decision on the backup plan and analyse the joining probabilities of each candidate after his/her offer acceptance. The drop out ratio of each and every candidate can be tracked down on each of the candidate's job trial.
• Who should use HR Connect?
  • Any HR professional who would NOT want to lose resources that are confirmed, offered, and on-hold should use HRConnect. On the other hand, any firm who would want to manage resources to avoid losing confirmed and pipelined client projects or assignments should use HRConnect.
• Where is my data going to be stored?
  • The data will be stored in a centralised remote server running on cloud technology.
• How secure and confident is my Data?
  • The security capabilities of HR Connect ensure that access to data and functionality is allowed after authentication and authorization of the specified registered user. All sensitive information such as password is encrypted before communicating over the network. The security and firewalls at the data centre ensures the physical security of the servers and the data saved in them.
• I am not tech-savvy. Can I still use your solution?
  • Absolutely! You need not be a computer-savvy to be able to use our solution. It is extremely user-friendly so that everyone with basic computer knowledge can understand it. To ensure that everyone understands the software better, we provide Free initial training sessions to all the users. We also provide an easy to understand User Manual at the time of delivery for the users
• Does your solution offer data backup facilities?
  • We understand the value of the crucial data that you enter while using our solution. We thus ensure that the data, howsoever large, has a secure backup.
• How can l try HR Connect for evaluation?
  • We offer an onsite / remote product demo based on your convenience. All that You need to do is to place an online request and we will arrange Free Trial for you after completing the basic formalities.

• How legal is this application and to share the data on HR Connect?
  • HR Connect has been built in accordance with the Confidentiality & Applicable Indian Laws. Aqualogic Tech Systems assures you that the HR Connect shall be of a great value addition to your company. • What are the Payment terms & Conditions?
  • The Payments could be made Quarterly, Half Yearly or Annually either by PDC or ECS. All Payments to be made in the form of cheque or DD, in favour of Aqualogic Tech Systems Pvt. Ltd.. The said prices will be applicable for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and have to be renewed every year.
• What are the taxes applicable?
  • Service Tax of 10.3% is applicable.

• How long a candidate's job offer details are searchable?
  • The database of any candidate posted by any company is available for default search for a period of max 6 months. To search for database related to postings more than 6 months are available under the advanced search option.
• Can it be accessed from my home location?
  • No
• How secure are my login credentials?
  • Your password is encrypted by 128bit Advanced Encryption Standard
• Is it possible to register with the same account multiple times on different machines?
  • No, it is not possible to register with the same account multiple times on different machines.
• What is default license and duration period?
  • The default license and duration period is for one year.
• How strong & Prompt is your Customer Support?
  • We promise superior customer support even before we promise quality. We have well defined Service Level Agreements and Turn-Around-Time for different types of service/support required. We also have a Help-Desk solution to provide online support during working hours.

    Calls received out of office hours will be forwarded to a mobile phone and best efforts will be made to answer / action the call, however there will be a backup answer phone service.

    Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day. Onsite assistance guaranteed within 72 hours during the business week. Any issue pertaining to the application would be fixed with in a time frame of max 48 hrs from the time the issue has been raised.

  • Yes, to save you from that extra cost and hassles of collating data from other tools, Aqualogic Tech Sytems provides flexibility to integrate it with any other software's.
• Availability of updated version of the software?
  • In the event of new updates availability the application automatically prompts the user for installing the same.
• What are the details to be provided to the technical team for Registering in HR Connect?
  • Name of the Company.

• Can a license be allocated to another user, and the process for transferring the license?
  • Yes the license can be allocated to another user; however the license expiry date remains same. The technical team support can be availed for the same.
• How do I know my license expiry date?
  • The user will be informed by a reminder email one month prior to license expiry date.
• What are the platforms the application works on?
  • The applications supports in both Windows, Linux Environments & Apple Platforms.
• What are the platforms the application supports on?
  • Windows, Linux & Apple Platforms.
• Whether the application supports offline?
  • No, since the application is a desktop - cloud based.
• Is it browser based software?
  • No, it is not browser based software. It is a Desktop Cloud based application.
• Can Aqualogic search a particular candidate on behalf of the client based on the search criterion provided?
  • Yes, this service can be availed under the Service on Request. Any user can send a max up to 50-100 resumes at a time for each query per request. The response is guaranteed within a hour from the time the request has been received.
• Is the application available in mobile version?
  • Currently the application is available on Desktop version; the mobile version is currently under development.
• As the candidates joined status is searchable by default for a period of Six months. In case if the same candidate changes job in less than Six months period, his joining status will be shown twice?
  • The latest joining date will be taken in to consideration.
• I forgot my username / password, how can I retrieve it?
  • Send an email to support@aqualogic.in, we will send you a link to the registered email id to reset a new password.
• Can the application be opened twice simultaneously in different windows?
  • The application cannot be opened simultaneously in different windows. But the same is possible for searching multiple resources in multiple windows.
